Attention Scurry-Rosser ISD Families:

A new state law will impact student cell phone use starting in the 2025-26 school year. Under Texas House Bill 1481: students may not use cell phones inside school buildings during instructional hours. Schools must adopt and enforce policies to comply.

Scurry-Rosser ISD is currently reviewing our policies to meet these new requirements. More details will be shared before the start of the school year so families can prepare.
