Important Announcement for Wildcat Fans. Tonight's game in Lone Oak will kick off at 7:30 PM, not 7:00 PM. We hope to see you there.
Sparks were flying in Mrs. Schmitt’s 5th grade science class today! Students tested conductors and insulators before turning into a giant human circuit using an energy stick. The moment everyone held hands, the complete path lit up the stick, proving science is always cooler when you're part of the experiment! #5thGrade #STEM #HandsOnLearning #ScienceLab #MrsSchmittsClass

Celebrating Our Maintenance Team! Last week, we took time to celebrate the dedicated, hardworking members of our Scurry-Rosser ISD Maintenance Department!
While students and staff were enjoying summer break, this incredible team was working tirelessly, often in the heat, to tackle an extensive list of repairs, projects, and behind-the-scenes tasks to make sure our campuses were ready for everyone’s return.
To show our appreciation, we treated the team to lunch and presented them with a “Summer Mission Accomplished” banner.
Their hard work may not always be seen, but the difference they make is felt across our district every single day. If you see a member of our Maintenance Department, be sure to give them a big THANK YOU for their hard work and dedication to Scurry-Rosser ISD!
We appreciate all you do to keep SRISD running strong! #WildcatPride #SchoolDoneRight #SRISD #ThankYouMaintenance

IMPORTANT VARSITY FOOTBALL UPDATE
Friday night’s Varsity Football game against Italy, originally scheduled to be played at Wildcat Stadium, has been moved to Italy. The game will still be played Friday, August 28, at 7:00 PM.
This change is being made as a safety precaution after construction crews accidentally damaged an electrical conduit that supplies power to Wildcat Stadium, including the stadium lights. While we will miss hosting Friday night’s game, the safety of our athletes, families, and fans remains our top priority.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and flexibility. We hope to see plenty of Wildcat fans in the stands in Italy cheering on our Wildcats!
